A 28km major highway expansion project spanning Jahra and Subiya districts. Scope includes 4 reinforced concrete flyovers, 18km of dual carriageway with full median barriers, storm drainage systems, LED road lighting, and traffic management infrastructure.
KOC South Kuwait Pipeline Network Upgrade
Replacement and upgrading of aging crude oil and gas injection pipelines across the South Kuwait oil fields. Includes 95km of 24-inch pipeline, 12 valve stations, and cathodic protection systems across the Wafra, Burgan, and Minagish fields.
Al-Sabah Government Complex — Full MEP
Full design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a 22-storey government administrative complex. Includes smart building management systems (BMS), district cooling connections, electrical substations, and fire suppression.
Mishref Luxury Residential Estate
16-unit luxury villa compound featuring Kuwaiti contemporary architecture, underground parking, landscaped communal spaces, private pools, and full smart-home integration. Sub-packages available for civil finish works, landscaping, and MEP.
Ahmadi Ring Road Rehabilitation — Phase 2
Complete rehabilitation and widening of the Ahmadi Ring Road covering 14km, including milling and resurfacing of all lanes, reconstruction of 6 major intersections, and installation of modern roundabout designs to reduce congestion.
KNPC Al-Zour Refinery — Civil Packages
Civil works packages for the Al-Zour Refinery — Kuwait's largest refinery currently under expansion. Scope covered sub-grade earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations for process units, paving, and fencing across a 3km² site footprint.
Fintas District Hospital — Mechanical & HVAC
Supply and installation of medical-grade HVAC systems, clean-room pressurization for operating theatres, medical gas piping networks, and building automation systems for a new 250-bed district hospital.
Jahra Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Civil and M&E works for the expansion of Jahra Wastewater Treatment Plant from 100,000 to 175,000 m³/day capacity. Includes new aeration tanks, sludge dewatering facility, and a 12MW biogas co-generation plant.
Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City — Commercial Block
Construction of a 7-storey mixed-use commercial block within the Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City development. Ground-floor retail, 5 floors of professional offices, and a rooftop restaurant level. Sub-packages in concrete frame, cladding, and fit-out.
Kuwait City Central Sewerage Upgrade
Major upgrade of the storm and foul sewerage network across 11 districts of Kuwait City. Included 80km of new HDPE pipe installation using open-cut and trenchless (HDD) methods, plus 6 new pump station upgrades.
KIPIC LNG Jetty — Marine Civil Works
Marine civil works for the LNG import jetty at Al-Zour Port, including reinforced concrete wharf structure, jetty approach bridge, dredging of berth approach channel, and installation of 8 CALM buoy anchors.
Kuwait University Sabah Al-Salem Campus — Electrical
Complete high-voltage and low-voltage electrical infrastructure for 18 faculty buildings across the new Kuwait University campus. Includes 33kV/11kV substations, UPS systems, renewable energy integration, and smart meter networks.
