28 Years of Milestones

1998

Company Founded

Kuwait Combined Contracting Group Co was incorporated as a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company (K.S.C.), registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2003

Listed on Boursa Kuwait

KCCG completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and began trading on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (now Boursa Kuwait), raising KWD 5M in fresh capital.

2008

First KOC Prime Contract

KCCG was awarded its first prime contract with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) — a landmark achievement opening the energy sector to the company's portfolio.

2012

Expanded Sub-Partner Network

Launched the KCCG Sub-Partner Program, onboarding 40 qualified contracting companies and 120 individual engineers into the formal subletting framework.

2016

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

KCCG's Quality Management System received ISO 9001:2015 certification from Bureau Veritas, reinforcing its institutional credibility with government clients.

2020

Capital Increase to KWD 18M

Shareholders approved a capital rights issue, increasing paid-up capital to KWD 18M, enabling KCCG to bid for larger prime contracts and support greater sub-partner activity.

2024

Digital Contract Marketplace Launch

KCCG introduced its online Contract Marketplace, enabling real-time listing, application, and tracking of sub-contract packages — a first in Kuwait's contracting industry.

2026

Rebrand to KCCG

The company rebranded to Kuwait Combined Contracting Group Co (KCCG) to better reflect its evolved mission of holding, assigning, and subletting contracts across the GCC region.

A civil engineer by training with over 30 years in Kuwait's contracting sector, Eng. Al-Mansouri has guided KCCG from a small civil works firm to a publicly listed contracting group with a KWD 18M+ capital base and a 150+ contract portfolio.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Al-Rashidi oversees KCCG's project management office (PMO), sub-partner vetting, and contract execution across all four sectors. He holds an MBA from the American University of Kuwait and a PMP certification from PMI.

Mr. Al-Anizi is a Chartered Accountant (CPA) with 20+ years of experience in Kuwait's financial services sector. He manages KCCG's capital structure, Boursa Kuwait compliance, and investor relations.
